Proteomic Analysis

Mass-spectrometry based proteomics allows quantification of proteins in batches. Methods in protein quantification can mainly classified into two categories based on whether isotope labeling is involved: 1)Isobaric tag for relative and absolute quantification (iTRAQ) and 2) Label-free quantification.
